Our neighborhood is a diverse and vibrant urban hub, just like any major city's downtown area. While there's always a house in need of repair nearby, it's an extremely safe place to live. You can easily stroll to a nearby brewery or dine at a famous chef's restaurant, a popular choice among our guests. If you crave proximity to the city and its downtown attractions, this is as close as it gets!

Hidden room behind a bookshelf as one of the bedrooms. Hot Tub for NO EXTRA CHARGE. We have a cool video game Console with 100s of games from Sega, Nintendo, Playstation etc.. 2 Car Driveway and Always open street parking. Private Rear Attached Deck with patio furniture, grass yard and Cornhole boards/ bags. Covered Front Porch Kitchen with skylights Stairs are from the early 1900s. Excellent condition and durable but are tricky for elderly or those with balance problems.

I had an amazing stay at Davids place. it was comfy cozy loads of games. I unfortunately could only stay for a night but am hoping to come back again.

Great place to stay. We had 4 guys staying and there was plenty of space for us. We were able to walk to just about anything we wanted to do. If we couldn’t walk, Ubers were easy to find. The location is easy to find and right in the middle of everything. The hosts were responsive to all of my messages and inquiries. They really made the trip seamless.

After so many years and finally getting to take my kids on vacation, the property was amazing. we brought our two dogs and they loved the backyard fence and had the best time ever. my kids had so much fun getting to see Niagara Falls and hang out in the Jacuzzi on the property. I highly recommend this house to anyone and want to thank the owners again for making mine and my kids first vacation be completely worth the 12 hour drive. Thank you again

House was exactly as described and was very clean. Extremely helpful and responsive to any questions and even had recommendations on local food for whatever you wanted to eat. I would highly recommend staying at this home you won't regret it!!

We loved our stay on Swan St in Buffalo. It was the perfect location for the marathon weekend and easily accessible to all the restaurants and city attractions we wanted to visit. The yard was great for our dog and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. I can not recommend this place enough and would stay here again if we came to Buffalo. We stayed in this house with 2 children (3 and 7), dog (English bulldog) and 2 adults. We had plenty of space.

So seven of us guys stayed at David’s place for a retirement/Sabres game trip. First, we relaxed on the back deck then walked to the German Beer garden and to the game. After the game, we had a comfortable, quiet night. David’s place was perfect for our one night trip to Buffalo. I would highly recommend David’s place.

Stayed a couple nights while traveling to Niagara Falls. Tons to do in the Buffalo Area. Location was walking distance to Keybank Arena and food (with good weather). Hot tub was great, family felt safe, and the property was maintained as advertised.

Uber or Walking is the best way. When near all the hot spots downtown parking isn't free. So even if you drove to the airbnb we suggest a cheap 3 minute uber ride to wherever you're going.
