You have access to the entire building except the basement. The triplex is all yours.

Good to know

Three private apartments, each with their own full kitchen and bathroom under one roof. The entire building is yours. The upstairs apartments (B and C) connect indoors through a hallway. Apartment A is separate and uses the covered outdoor stairs.

This unit was EXACTLY as we expected and worked well for the three families that were part of the trip. The host was very friendly and had clear instructions. He was responsive even though we didn’t have any issues. Although the house is older, there has been a lot of effort put into each unit’s renovation. There is central air, which was wonderful after hot July days spent touring Niagara. The biggest unit had a beautiful table that we all sat around and enjoyed wings and pizza from one of the host recommended local spots. I didn’t see a single ant, which was mentioned in a previous review, which shows the host’s dedication to this property. The kitchen was well appointed and even had an assortment of KCups. I appreciated the nods to the local team in the decor. Parking was plentiful for three cars. Would definitely stay again if I ever am in Buffalo again! Thanks for the wonderful memories we made here!
