Like every major city downtown area, our neighborhood is rich in diversity & there is always a house needing repair somewhere nearby but it is extremely safe. You can walk to a nearby brewery at night or the famous chefs restaurant. Our guests do it all the time. If you want to be close to the city & all the major attractions downtown as possible is this is as close as you can get!

We are close to everything downtown Buffalo & our Airbnb is all about Bufffalo! 2 minutes away from the Sabres games, baseball stadium, Seneca Casino, Sheas Theatre, Harbor Center etc. Our home decorations are all history of Buffalo and the home reflects the history of it all.

Clear and easy to follow check in and check out instructions. Street parking but literally dozens of spaces, we parked right in front of the house. Clean apartment, nice decor, good local recommendations.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing experience staying at David and John’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy linens to the well-stocked kitchen. The folded towels on the bed were a nice touch. Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly throughout the entire process. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. We especially appreciate the local recommendations We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a truly five-star stay!

My family and I stayed here . It was a lot of space for us . They have recommendations for everything you can think of posted right in the kitchen . The game system was a win for the kids . I had to work from home and the WiFi was fast and reliable. Everthing was amazing. Thank you for everything .

Uber or Walking is the best way. When near all the hot spots downtown parking isn't free. So even if you drove to the airbnb we suggest a cheap 3 minute uber ride to wherever you're going.
